The Fellowship Committee organized a picnic on August 13 and 14 ladies attended the summer picnic on Long Lake. Penny Boldrey the incoming President of Zonta of Alpena presents a gift to a special speaker, Michigan State Trooper Ashley Skiera and her mother. Trooper Skiera was the recipient of the 2004 Young Women in Public Affairs Scholorship Award.
